That Blaster Blaster part 4

*~single and loving it - no attachments, no boyfriend :D ~*

-_-; Whew, I'm taking a much needed break. I've spent all day working on Blaster and I have only two days left to finish. For some reason, I'm not panicking, I'm actually feeling very laid back. I was going to work on Blaster last night but as soon as I got home from work, 330pm or so, I fell right asleep and didn't wake up til 5-something this morning ^^; You'd think I was tired or something.

So, I'll be posting pics tonight -real late tonight- of what I have done. Blaster looks so awesome so far. Honestly, his hips have given me the most grief. I just finished them. I'm trying to work on how everything will attach once the costume's on. I have to finish Blaster's legs, and yes, he has speakers in the legs but they're not hooked up to music yet. Dunno if I can get them hooked up in time, but he will be able to play music eventually. Gotta get back to working n that rabble-rouser, bbl.

Can't wait to post pics! ^^

I know you're short on time, but I heartily agree about taking a break.You'll be able to take a more objective at the costume proportions if you get it out of your face for awhile. ;P Sounds like you're a bit burned out from working on it nonstop. Been there, done that.

Looking forward to the pics!! =)

Oh yeah, I've definitely been feeling it ^^; Between me and my bro, we're still trying to hash out the best ways to attach the costume. I haven't found anything to cut up for the neck aera yet, but I'll keep looking. The hip area doesn't slide onto my body, I actually have to open it and walk into it, it has to unhinge and it rests on my hips. I'm going to be building up the upper legs to be more sturdier and the lower legs need a little more work too, details and such.

Still, in a few hours I'll be posting some pics ^^ It'll be worth the wait ^^
